As a mechanical engineer, I spent years analyzing how bolts shear and beams buckle. But as I moved into broader systems analysis, I realized that the strongest “Structural Member” in any high-stakes environment isn’t made of steel—it’s made of the Collective Mindfulness of the people operating it.
